The 6 bedroom, 2 bathroom unit comes furnished and with all bills paid, cable, internet, maid service once a week for the common area, and in-unit w/d included.  We offer month to month arrangements; simply give us a 30 day notice before moving out. You lease the room and share the common areas with other roommates who are also on a month to month basis.
